All the Brazilian Keratins we have in our store are suitable for all hair types & can be applied to afro, coloured, chemically treated, relaxed, bleached, curly, grey & virgin hair.

The majority of Brazilian Keratins we have in our store contain within the E.U. legal limit of formaldehyde & have been tested here in the U.K. for safety.

Apart from the Cocochoco which is a 2 to 3 day wait before hair can be washed, the rest of the keratins can be washed the same day following treatment. The application is easy & takes a minimum of 2.5 hours to complete. We say minimum because the more time you spend on the sealing in part of the instruction & the finer the hair sections, the better the result will be. With the same day wash keratins in our experience it is better if the keratin can be left on for a day or two to allow the treatment a little longer to penetrate the hair cuticles, which we believe extends the life of the treatment & leads to an even better result, providing the instructions have been following correctly. After the first shampoo the result will be beautiful glossy, frizz free, straighter hair & gives a more youthful appearance in the case of mature hair.

 If you want to achieve straighter hair, then iron each hair section according to what it states on the instructions received with the product, but if you want tame your hair & maintain curl/wave & benefit from the conditioning properties of the keratin treatment, then just reduce the amount of ironing on the instruction by half. The Brazilian Keratin is really how you want your hair to be.
 
The Brazilian Keratin treatment can last up to 4 months & salt free shampoos & conditioners must be used to maintain the treatment. Any products containing sulphate & sodium chloride must be avoided. Salt water must be avoided such as the rain, sea water etc. As treatments are repeated the life of the will begin to last longer & fewer treatments will be required. 

 All the shampoos & conditioners in the store are suitable for use following the Brazilian keratin treatment.
