Returns and refunds are accepted within 30 days of purchasing and issues refunded less our postage cost in the following cases:

- Items have not been used and are contained within the original packaging. Any signs of usage will nullify the claim for a refund.
- In the case of the Brazilian Treatment kits if more than 10% of the product has been used no refund will be issued. We say 10% as it is expected that a skin and hair strand test has been performed as advised on the instructions.
